Karen Huger is getting candid about the circumstances that led to her shock incarceration for DUI.

As reported, the Grand Dame of the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ is set to form the focus of the show’s season 10 finale with a fourth-wall-breaking sit-down with Andy Cohen.

Ahead of its broadcast this Sunday (February 1), a preview has been released, and the Bravo anchor did not hold back with his line of probing.

Asking the questions everyone wants answers to, Cohen quizzed Huger on “that” police bodycam video from the scene of the car incident that set her legal troubles in motion.

In a surprise move, Huger revealed that her lawyers were giving her “great advice” and shared that they told her, “Karen, take a plea deal.” Primarily based on the damning nature of the video.

However, the 62-year-old says she was too caught up in the throes of addiction (to alcohol and prescription drugs) to take heed. She says

Instead, she admits that it was only after being found guilty that she was able to watch the footage in the company of her therapist.

As for her reaction to it (when she finally watched)? She fessed:

“I was blown away. I understood the sentence.”
