According to TMZ, a jury found Cosby liable for sexual assault and sexual battery against Donna Motsinger, awarding her $17.5 million for past mental suffering and an additional $1.75 million for future suffering, bringing the total to $19 million.

Yes, $19 million.

Motsinger, a former waitress in California, accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her following one of his comedy shows back in 1972. She alleged that Cosby gave her a pill she believed was aspirin. After taking it, she said she began to feel uneasy and later woke up the next day in her bed wearing only her underwear.

Now 88, Cosby continues to face legal battles tied to decades-old allegations.

With his net worth reportedly around $200 million, the $19 million judgment may not break the bank, but it’s another blow to his embattled legacy.
