Jordan Chiles flips, vogues and dips her way through a WWE entrance at Fanatics Fest

The Olympic gymnast put her own spin on Bianca Belair’s entrance presentation, earning an enthusiastic co-sign from the WWE superstar herself.

Jordan Chiles knows how to make an entrance, whether she is stepping onto an Olympic floor or briefly entering the world of professional wrestling.

The two-time Olympian delivered her own WWE-inspired entrance at Fanatics Fest NYC over the weekend, channeling wrestling superstar Bianca Belair while putting her signature combination of athleticism and personality on full display.

In a video shared to social media on Saturday, Chiles took on Bianca Belair’s entrance presentation as Belair’s theme song, “Watch Me Shine,” played. But instead of trying to imitate the decorated wrestler, Chiles turned the moment into a full Jordan Chiles production.

Chiles tumbles across the floor, throws a series of flips, and mixes in vogue-inspired movements before finishing with a dramatic dip. The entire routine lasts only seconds, but she commits to every beat as the crowd cheers her on.

“Jordan Chiles’ WWE entrance is serving Gold medal realness,” Fanatics wrote alongside the clip, later declaring that her performance earned “10s across the board.”

Belair clearly approved of the tribute.

“Now wait a minute!!!!!!!!” the WWE star wrote beneath the video, adding six heart-eye emojis. Fellow wrestler Nikkita Lyons offered an equally direct review, commenting, “ATE🔥.”

The playful crossover made perfect sense for Chiles, who has become nearly as well known for the joy, confidence, and showmanship she brings to gymnastics as she is for her technical ability. The 25-year-old athlete has competed at two Olympic Games, helping the United States win team silver in Tokyo and team gold in Paris.

She also has an undeniable flair for performance. Chiles regularly incorporates popular music and cultural references into her floor routines, making her a natural fit for the theatrical world of WWE, where an athlete’s entrance can be almost as important as the match itself.

Belair is an especially fitting inspiration. Known as the “EST of WWE,” the champion has built her wrestling persona around being the strongest and fastest competitor in the room. WWE describes Belair as a performer whose identity is inseparable from her elite athleticism.

That combination of power, agility, and charisma is also familiar territory for Chiles.

Fanatics Fest NYC is a four-day sports and culture convention held July 16 through July 19 in New York. The event brings athletes, fans, and major sports organizations together for live programming, autograph sessions, merchandise drops, and interactive experiences. WWE had a major presence at this year’s festival, with Belair among several wrestling stars announced to participate.

There is no indication that Chiles is preparing to trade the balance beam for the wrestling ring anytime soon, but based on the reaction from Belair and the rest of the comments section, there may be room in the ring.
