The first look at the upcoming ‘Hannah Montana’ 20th anniversary special has been released, showcasing a preview of Miley Cyrus revisiting the iconic role that helped define a generation of Disney Channel viewers.

Nearly two decades after the hit series first premiered, the special will celebrate the show’s lasting legacy and cultural impact on television and pop culture.

The trailer features appearances from Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, as well as her mother, along with scenes of fans lining up for the taping of the event in Los Angeles.

According to reports, Cyrus performed three songs from the ‘Hannah Montana’ era during the special. She also sits down for a one-on-one conversation with podcaster Alex Cooper to reflect on the show’s success and its influence over the years.

The anniversary special is set to be released on Disney+ and Hulu on March 24th.
