Drake is once again keeping the GRAMMYs at arm’s length.

Despite delivering a major year with three albums, the rap superstar has reportedly opted not to submit ‘Iceman,’ ‘Habibti,’ ‘Maid of Honour,‘ or any of their respective songs for consideration at the 2027 Grammy Awards.

Full story below…

The decision comes after Drizzy already hinted at his plans on ‘Iceman’s’ closing track, ‘Make Them Know,’ where he made it clear he had no intention of putting the project forward, with the lyrics:

“This album, I’m never submittin’ it/’Cause I know that they’ll never consider it./This might be the one year I won/’Cause I know how they like to position it,” he raps on the song.” Drake raps.

And considering the commercial run of his 2026 releases, the move is certainly notable. The three projects made history by occupying the top three spots on the Billboard 200 simultaneously, while ‘Iceman’ also broke Drake’s previous record for most weeks atop the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

So, GRAMMY glory? Not on Drake’s agenda.
