According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Bad Boy mogul’s release date has been updated to June 4, 2028, a month later than his previously projected May 2028 release. The news follows ongoing headlines surrounding the 56-year-old’s incarceration.

Earlier this month, his team denied rumors that he was caught with alcohol in prison, calling the claims “completely false.”

Diddy was sentenced in October to 50 months in federal prison and fined $500,000 after being found guilty of two Mann Act violations in his high-profile racketeering and sex trafficking case. Ahead of sentencing, he issued a public apology, acknowledging his past actions and expressing remorse toward those he hurt, including Cassie, who testified during the trial.

The music mogul is currently serving his sentence at the low-security Fort Dix facility in New Jersey.
