Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is on the move again, this time to an entirely new prison.

The embattled music mogul has been transferred from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania, following a turbulent stretch behind bars.

And while federal officials have confirmed the move, the circumstances surrounding it have raised fresh questions.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed Combs’ transfer on Friday (October 16) but declined to disclose why the 56-year-old had been relocated, citing privacy and security concerns.

His new home is a considerably smaller low-security facility, housing approximately 1,000 inmates compared to Fort Dix’s roughly 4,000.

The switch comes weeks after explosive allegations surfaced about Diddy’s supposed VIP treatment at his previous facility.

An NBC News investigation alleged that the Bad Boy founder had access to contraband, including alcohol and a cellphone. Fellow inmates were also reportedly cooking, cleaning, and providing massages for the star.

The claims preceded another stint in solitary confinement. Combs also lost 41 days of good-conduct credit, with his projected release date subsequently pushed back to March 2, 2028.

Adding to the drama, the transfer follows reports of a medical emergency involving the mogul. However, prison officials have disputed accounts of an alleged fight and subsequent treatment.

Addressing the latest development, Diddy’s spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, said:

“We appreciate the Bureau of Prisons taking the safety and security of Sean and everyone involved seriously. His transfer from one low-security facility to another is an important distinction, and while we cannot speak to the BOP’s specific reasons for the move, it is consistent with a decision made with safety and security in mind.”

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.
