Everlasting Films LLC emerged victorious from the October 1 auction with a whopping $550,000 bid for exclusive worldwide rights to Dash’s life story.

The package also includes approximately 100 hours of footage, photographs, memorabilia, and rights to an unreleased documentary project.

Should the winning bidder fail to complete the purchase, a backup buyer is waiting with a $500,000 offer.

The extraordinary development comes after Dash filed for bankruptcy in September 2025, declaring approximately $25 MILLION in debts against just $4,350 in personal assets.

His bankruptcy trustee subsequently argued that his life rights were a valuable asset that he had failed to disclose, paving the way for the auction.

The irony is striking.

The businessman, whose financial woes saw him mocked as “Debt Dash” during a fiery ‘Breakfast Club’ appearance, has long championed controlling one’s own narrative.

Yet the man who once helped build a Hip-Hop empire alongside Jay-Z is now poised to see someone else commercially tell his story, with the proceeds going towards his creditors.

The sale still requires final court approval, with a hearing scheduled for October 27.
