‘Grenade‘ hitmaker Bruno Mars certainly earned an explosive reaction recently from Taylor Swift fans (affectionately called #Swifties) after many of them believe he dished out a major diss to the Pop diva.

Now, he’s clearing the air.

Over the weekend, an unverified social media video calling Swift “talentless” picked up major steam after Bruno appeared to “like” it, prompting several #Swifties to go into defense mode for their faves.

Swarming his Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), Facebook, and Tik Tok pages with disses of their own, the melee apparently got to be too much for Mars who took to the Web himself to clarify.

 “Taylor has always been supportive and kind to me,” he wrote (as seen in the tweet pictured above). “Only love over here.”

At writing, Bruno has not outrightly denied he “liked” the denigrative video but hopefully his allusion of denial helps cool the jets of the #Swifities.

As of time reported, Taylor has not responded to the hoopla.

The news comes just a week after another beloved male singer, Jack White, was slammed by #Swifties for allegedly dissing Swift by branding her music “boring.” Read more about that here.
