Fans hoping to see Ariana Grande make her long-rumored ‘American Horror Story‘ debut will have to keep waiting.

 The pop superstar will no longer appear in the upcoming thirteenth season of FX’s acclaimed horror anthology after scheduling conflicts prevent her involvement.

According to Deadline, production on the new season shifted, ultimately overlapping with dates for Grande’s ‘Eternal Sunshine Tour,’ making it impossible for the singer to participate. As a result, she did not film any scenes for the series.

The news arrives shortly after ‘American Horror Story’ Season 13 secured a September 24 premiere date, with the cast already spotted filming ahead of the show’s promotional rollout at San Diego Comic-Con.

Despite Grande’s exit, the season still boasts an all-star ensemble led by Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd and Gabourey Sidibe.

Meanwhile, Grande remains focused on her blockbuster ‘Eternal Sunshine Tour,’ with upcoming dates scheduled across North America and Europe.
