The incarcerated rapper announced a double album, ‘MADE YOU THINK I WAS GONE.‘

Moments ago, the Canadian performer, who is currently serving a 10-year stint behind bars for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, seems adamant about feeding the masses with material.
He shared the news on Instagram. The project divides into two discs: one for Rap and one for R&B.
“MADE YOU THINK I WAS GONE…BUT 7.17. DISC 1: RAP. DISC 2: R&B. PRE SAVE NOW.”
Prison has not stopped Lanez from keeping his catalog active. He previously released his ‘Prison Tapes’ series. Correctional officers confiscated recording equipment from his cell, putting the series on hold. He later released ‘Peterson’ in 2025, another album recorded behind bars.
