Soulja Boy is questioning paternity.

The rapper filed court documents requesting a DNA test for a 3-year-old son he previously claimed as his own.

The child, KeAndre Cortez Way, was born in September 2022. Soulja Boy had shared photos of the newborn with the words “Lil Soulja, daddy love u.” He and the mother, Jackilyn Martinez, had also held a gender reveal celebration.

Martinez filed for custody and child support in October 2025. She claimed she covered most of KeAndre’s expenses and only received money from Soulja Boy after “begging him to do so.”

The rapper’s new filing requests a genetic test to settle the dispute. He checked boxes indicating he would share pregnancy costs and legal fees if testing confirms he is the father.

The case took a sharper turn when an alleged email from Soulja Boy to Martinez’s legal team surfaced. He reportedly wrote:

“Stop emailing me, you dumb b*tch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.”

Soulja previously faced a paternity case in 2014. Test results at the time showed “the probability of paternity is 0%.”
