The queens aren’t sashaying away just yet. RuPaul‘s reality juggernaut has been handed a fresh lease of life at MTV, and its glitter-drenched spin-off is following suit over at Paramount+.

The double order arrives just months after the flagship pulled in the biggest premiere audience in franchise history, and only weeks after a bumper haul of Emmy nominations.

Per Variety, ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ will return to MTV for a 19th season, with confessional aftershow ‘Untucked’ back alongside it. Paramount+, meanwhile, has picked up ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ for season 12 and ordered a ninth run of its own ‘Untucked’ companion.

A Franchise Still on Fire

The vote of confidence follows a season 18 that climbed 19% in the key 18-49 rating and landed among the top three cable series of 2026 to date in the demo. That run saw Cardi B, Teyana Taylor, and Benny Blanco pull up to the judging panel before Orlando’s Myki Meeks was crowned. Over on the streamer, All Stars 11 reworked its format into a Tournament of All Stars, with Crystal Methyd walking away with a place in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.

Production company World of Wonder marked the news with a statement:

The renewals land mid-awards season, with the series holding a whopping 11 Emmy nominations this year, including a record-extending 11th consecutive nod for its host.
