Kelli Potter is facing fresh financial drama away from the cameras of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’

Months after her Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles restaurant became ammunition in a fiery feud with Drew Sidora, the business is now at the center of a six-figure collection effort that could place the reality star’s bank accounts in the firing line.

Per legal documents obtained by TMZ, ARF Financial secured a default judgment against Potter, formerly Kelli Ferrell, and Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles after its lawsuit allegedly went unanswered.

The balance reportedly stands at $217,301 and continues to increase with interest. The company has since issued subpoenas to multiple banks as it searches for funds that could be used to satisfy the judgment.

Potter’s representative insists the debt is not a new development, instead tracing it back to a business loan she and former husband Mark Ferrell obtained more than five years ago while married.

Her camp says responsibility for the loan was raised during the pair’s divorce proceedings, where Potter argued that Ferrell should be liable for the balance. He reportedly disputes that position.

The peach holder’s team added:

“We are confident that this legal matter will be rightfully resolved, but as of now, Kelli hasn’t been officially served.”

The dispute adds another off-screen complication for Potter, whose restaurant and difficult split have already featured prominently in her RHOA journey.

As of writing, no funds are reported to have been seized.
