Nicki Minaj is facing another legal battle.

The law firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP has sued the rapper over alleged unpaid legal fees.

According to TMZ, the firm claims Minaj owes $229,541 for work on a 2024 copyright infringement lawsuit. The law firm alleges the case has entered default due to Minaj’s failure to respond.

A hearing is scheduled for September to determine if a default judgment will be granted.

This lawsuit follows another filed earlier this year by 24/7 Production, which accused Minaj of failing to repay a $275,000 advance for production costs. The company claimed she never repaid expenses for her iHeartRadio Jingle Ball performance and ‘Pink Friday 2′ album launch concert.

Alex Bruesewitz, a senior advisor for Donald Trump and friend of Minaj, denied the report. Bruesewitz posted on X:
