Buzz around Saucy Santana‘s latest single ‘Quiet on the Creek‘ has been anything but quiet.

Birthed from a quote in one of the makeup artist-turned-Web sensation-turned-rapper’s Tik Tok videos reminiscing on fishing trips from his childhood, Santana (born Rashad Spain) capitalized on the virality of the clip and transformed it into a full-length song.

“Shhhh!!! Quiet in the creek. / Real quiet on the creek. You gotta be calm, he like his hoes meek. / He like hoes sleek, real discreet & petite. /  If u don’t say a peep, u get Chanel every week,” he raps over Tre Trax production.

Sweeping social media much like that of his bestie Yung Miami‘s breakout solo smash ‘Spend Dat,’ Spain is poised to amplify the already growing Internet and radio presence of ‘Quiet’ by gifting the cut the official video treatment.
