The 2026 MTV Video Music Awards are turning up the heat with a fresh batch of stars confirmed to take the stage.

MTV has announced that Lisa, RAYE, Sienna Spiro, Shaboozey, Gunna, GENER8ION and Yung Lean will perform at this year’s ceremony.

Lisa is set to deliver the first televised performance of her new single ‘SaWaDiKa,’ taken from her upcoming ‘PRESS PLAY‘ EP.

Meanwhile, RAYE and Spiro will make their VMAs performance debuts.

Shaboozey and Gunna are teaming up for their collaboration ‘Cowgirl,’ while GENER8ION and Yung Lean will bring their song ‘STORM II‘ to the stage for its world premiere performance.

And if that wasn’t enough, Madonna was announced to open the show with her first VMAs performance in 23 years.

The newly announced performers are all nominated at this year’s ceremony, which will be hosted by Snoop Dogg on September 27 in Los Angeles.
