Kanye West has settled a sexual assault lawsuit with his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta.

Lawyers for both sides reached an agreement on July 23, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles.

Pisciotta filed the lawsuit in June 2024, accusing West of sexual harassment, sexual battery, and wrongful termination. She claimed he sent her sexually explicit messages and videos and fired her after she refused his advances.

She also alleged West drugged her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. West denied all allegations.

The two sides reached an agreement in principle during mediation on June 4, about seven weeks before finalizing the deal.

The court had canceled a scheduled hearing to allow both parties time to finalize the settlement. The settlement is described as “unconditional,” and Pisciotta’s attorneys will file a request for dismissal within 45 days. The terms of the settlement remain confidential.

West is currently appealing a dismissed defamation lawsuit against his former label UMG. Diddy is also serving a 50-month prison sentence on prostitution-related charges.
