Diddy is pushing back against a lawsuit accusing his son, King Combs, of sexual assault aboard a yacht.

The incarcerated mogul is asking a federal judge to sanction the woman behind the case and order her legal team to cover his fees.

According to XXL, Grace O’Marcaigh filed the lawsuit in 2024, alleging that King assaulted her while she worked as a steward aboard a chartered yacht.

She also accused Diddy of aiding and abetting the alleged incident because he chartered the vessel.

Both men deny the allegations. Their attorney, Aaron Dyer, previously said:

“Another lewd and meritless claim.”

Diddy’s legal team now argues that the amended complaint adds nothing meaningfully new and merely repackages jurisdictional claims the court previously rejected. They are seeking sanctions against O’Marcaigh and her attorneys, including payment of the mogul’s legal fees.

Her lawyers dispute that position, insisting the updated filing contains new allegations establishing sufficient ties between Diddy and California.

The 56-year-old is currently serving a 50-month federal sentence on prostitution-related charges while continuing to contest multiple civil claims.
