Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been named in yet another lawsuit.

According to newly filed court documents, an anonymous plaintiff alleges that he was sexually assaulted by the music mogul at a Hollywood Hills gathering in 2007 when he was a minor.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the accuser claims he attended the event as a young actor seeking industry connections and was later invited to a private conversation regarding potential career opportunities.

The lawsuit alleges that the encounter became inappropriate and non-consensual, with the plaintiff claiming he expressed discomfort during the alleged incident. He further alleges that promises of future opportunities were made before the meeting ended.

In addition to Combs, the suit reportedly names other parties whom the plaintiff claims had a responsibility to ensure his safety.

Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, told TMZ:

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, and that includes any child. These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

The legal matter remains ongoing.
