Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been denied bail in his latest bid for freedom.

Moments ago, Judge Arun Subramanian issued a letter, which read:

“Combs fails to satisfy his burden to demonstrate an entitlement to release.”

The judgment comes after Diddy’s defense team filed a 62-page letter to the court, calling for his release ahead of his sentencing on October 3.

As reported,  a jury convicted the Bad Boy founder of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution  – but acquitted him of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.

Parallel to their efforts to secure bail, the mogul’s legal army filed motions to have the guilty verdicts overturned and called the conviction “constitutionally flawed.”

Suffice it to say, one can expect more movement in the case in the weeks and months ahead.
