The unauthorized upload invoked Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the 14-year-old whose remains were discovered in the performer’s Tesla, creating a particularly grim collision between his music profile and the criminal case unfolding in court.

According to TMZ, the track used a voice crafted to resemble D4vd and featured artwork showing his Tesla at the Los Angeles tow yard where Rivas Hernandez’s body was found in September 2025.

The audio repeatedly referenced the teenager and details connected to the case. However, the release was not authentic and was later removed from Apple Music.

Neither the streaming service nor representatives for D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, had publicly addressed the apparent breach at the time of reporting.

The unsettling upload surfaced as prosecutors continued presenting evidence they argue connects Burke to the killing. Recent testimony has included details recovered from the Tesla and messages exchanged between the pair before Rivas Hernandez’s death.

Burke has pleaded not guilty to murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. A judge will determine whether there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to trial.
