Miley Cyrus has found herself back at the summit of the Billboard 200.

For, her latest studio album, ‘Bass Persuades,’ has officially danced its way to #1 on the coveted count.

The win comes after industry analysts initially predicted a top 10 launch for the LP, which serves as the Pop star’s tenth studio effort and first under her mononymous Miley rebrand.

Per Billboard, ‘Bass Persuades’ opens at #1 on the coveted count with final US first week sales of:

61,000 (Sales Plus Streaming)

The figure places the project just ahead of Ella Langley’s ‘Dandelion,’ and Riley Green’s ‘That’s Just Me,’ both of which made for a notably tight race at the top of the tally.

The chart triumph marks Miley’s first Billboard 200 #1 in more than a decade, following the reign of 2013’s ‘Bangerz.’

It becomes her sixth project to top the album chart when including her blockbuster ‘Hannah Montana’ era releases.

As reported, early predictions had ‘Bass Persuades’ on course to open with 40,000-45,000 units, potentially giving Cyrus her lowest first-week sum yet for a studio album.

Instead, the set overperformed and delivered a headline-grabbing victory for an era that has seen Miley lean into new visuals, a new label chapter, and a renewed live push with her forthcoming Hollywood Bowl dates.

The album is led by the title track ‘Bass Persuades,’ which recently opened at #35 on the Billboard Hot 100 and ranked as the week’s highest-charting new entry.
