The countdown to the return of ‘A Different World‘ has officially begun.

Fresh first-look images from the highly anticipated revival have been unveiled, offering fans a glimpse at the next generation of students set to call Hillman College home.

Leading the cast is ‘Hell’s Kitchen‘ Tony winner Maleah Joi Moon as Deborah Wayne, the youngest daughter of Whitley Gilbert and Dwayne Wayne. The new series follows Deborah and a diverse group of students as they navigate campus life, friendships and self-discovery at the beloved HBCU.

Original favorites Jasmine Guy, Kadeem Hardison, Cree Summer and Darryl M. Bell are all set to reprise their iconic roles, bridging the gap between the classic sitcom and its new era.

Premiering September 24, the 10-episode dramedy promises to honor the legacy of the original while celebrating a fresh chapter of Black excellence, community and culture at Hillman College.
